Responsibilities

Ongoing Training (OEM Certification + State Certification)
Performing work with efficiency and accordance with Al Serra and OEM policy
Quality Control
100% Fixed Right First Time
Test drive vehicle
Effective communication with Production Managers and Estimators
Meets or exceeds established CSI score targets

Qualifications

Values – integrity, drive, team player
Ability to learn and follow body shop process
Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment
Possesses ASE (level 2 or above) or State Technician Certification(s)
Body Shop experience with import or domestic brands and automotive service-related operations
Experience in dealership systems
