We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing day-to-day financial operations, utilizing QuickBooks Online, and handling payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities For Bookkeeper:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions

• Record daily financial transactions into QuickBooks Online

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and vendor statements

• Prepare and process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Generate financial reports for management as needed

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Support the management team with financial data and analysis to aid decision-making

Qualifications For Bookkeeper:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required

• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance

• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation For Bookkeeper:

$22 Hourly
