About this Role:
The Integrated Systems of Care Division, California Children’s Services Policy Unit is seeking a skilled individual to fill our Program Policy Analyst position. Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the analyst is responsible for a wide variety of consultative and analytical assignments, such as: conducting and/or reviewing analytical studies and surveys; formulating procedures, policies, and program alternatives; making recommendations on a broad spectrum of administrative and program-related problems; reviewing and analyzing proposed legislation and advising management on the potential impact. The work performed is essential for providing services to California’s children and youth with special health care needs. Join us to make a difference. Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025 agreement
Effective July 1, 2025, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the temporary Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee receive a temporary reduction in pay in exchange for PLP 2025 leave credits. The temporary salary reduction percentage and the number of PLP 2025 leave credits are based on the position’s associated bargaining unit.
