Entry Level NO Automotive Sales Experience Necessary Consultant – Route 128 Honda Location: Reading, MA Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary: $85,000–$200,000 annually (Unlimited earning potential) Training: Paid training while you work About Us Route 128 Honda is a premier automotive dealership committed to excellence in customer service, product quality, and employee success. Key Responsibilities Learn and demonstrate vehicle specifications, features, and capabilities. Proactively generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales.

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of our inventory.
• Listen to customers, identify needs, and match them with the right vehicle.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate deals and trade-ins for win-win transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance Managers to finalize deals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, the local market, and competitor offerings.
• Attend all mandatory training, meetings, and events.

Qualifications Customer service experience REQUIRED (retail, hospitality, or similar).

• Ability to learn retail sales quickly — high energy and competitive spirit a must.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings & weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
