Responsibilities: + Conduct portfolio valuations and financial modeling. + Manage deal lifecycle, reporting, and collaboration with legal teams. + Evaluate deal terms, structure transactions, and support exits. + Oversee monthly closes, financial statements, and fund reporting. + Improve processes through automation and scalable solutions. + Analyze financials, track investments, and execute funding wires.
