Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Miami. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior account managers, support client success, and develop hands-on experience in client relationship management and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal preparation, and client outreach
Maintain accurate records of client communications, progress, and account updates
Participate in client meetings and follow up with actionable insights
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and client needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
