We’re seeking Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistants to support community-based initiatives by bringing mission-driven stories to life through in-person outreach and public engagement.
As a PR & Communications Assistant, you will play a key role in connecting the public with nonprofit causes by supporting campaign communications and executing live events. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with public relations and marketing campaigns to promote nonprofit initiatives
Planning, coordinating, and supporting live events and community activations
Representing nonprofit partners at outreach events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns
Setting up branded materials, signage, and interactive promotional displays
Tracking and reporting event metrics and community engagement data
Maintaining relationships with venues, vendors, and community stakeholders
Collaborating with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies and messaging
Researching new outreach opportunities and community partnerships

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
