Job Description

RIGHTSTONE is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team in Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018. This opportunity pays $18/hr., on W2 with 3-months contract and has a potential to be permanent . In this fast-paced role, you'll ensure accurate receipt and shipment of products using RF technology while helping maintain inventory integrity. Shift Detail: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) 

Dress Code: Pants, shirt, and steel toe shoes or boots are required during all working hours. 

Required PPE (i.e. steel toe shoes, etc.): Steel toe boots 

Responsibilities  

• Verify inbound shipments and match them with purchase orders 
• Inspect packaging to ensure products are intact and properly packed 
• Use RF scanner to log and track inventory movement 
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy 
• Add/subtract quantities using basic math to ensure correct shipments 
• Handle materials up to 50 lbs. safely and efficiently 

Qualifications  

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred 
• Comfortable with handheld RF scanning devices 
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction of units) 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for extended periods
