About the Role 

We’re looking for a hands-on UX/UI Designer who thrives at the intersection of user empathy, design systems, and complex workflows. In this role, you’ll partner across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to transform intricate business processes into elegant, intuitive digital experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  •   Customer-Driven Discovery: Lead interviews and usability tests in diverse field settings to uncover unmet needs and “jobs to be done.” 
  •   End-to-End Experience Design: Prototype multi-step workflows and simplifying complexity into intuitive interfaces. 
  •   Design System Leadership: Establish and maintain a scalable, accessible design system in Figma (or similar) to ensure consistency across web and mobile while enabling rapid iteration. 
  •   Cross-Functional Collaboration: Embed with product and engineering squads for pixel-perfect implementation, and partner with product, sales, and leadership to prioritize features that maximize user and business value. 
  •   Design Advocacy: Champion design excellence by leading critiques, facilitating workshops, and evangelizing user-centered thinking. Present research insights and prototypes to stakeholders at all levels. 
  •   Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics (NPS, task completion, error rates), analyze feedback and usage data, and continuously iterate to optimize the user experience. 

 

Qualifications 

  •   Experience  
  •  5-7+ years leading UI/UX or product design in B2B or enterprise-scale environments; fintech or logistics experience is a plus. 
  •   Mastery of Figma and rapid prototyping tools. 
  •   Experience with or knowledge of specific AI/ML tools and platforms 
  •   Experience working with analytics frameworks like Datadog 
  •   Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, front-end frameworks, and component libraries. 
  •   Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to validate design decisions, optimize user flows, and drive data-informed improvements to the UX 
  •   Core Skills  
  •   Expertise in breaking down complex, multi-stage processes into simple, user-friendly flows. 
  •   Skilled in qualitative research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry) and translating findings into actionable designs. 
  •   Strong communication and storytelling — able to sketch concepts, script user flows, and present confidently to engineers, PMs, and executives. 
  •   Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to shifting priorities, and motivated to deliver high-impact features in a fast-paced environment. 
  •   A customer-first mindset, with the ability to draw from a broad range of design and product influences. 
  •   Bonus Points  
  •   Turned a design library into workable source for Claude Code (or equivalent). 
  •   Experience building a design system, team, or philosophy from the ground up. 
  •   Background in product management or engineering.
