Terminal Cross Dock Manager, No warehousing freight, just work it and and deliver the same night.

Job Description:

• This is a terminal manager position, you will be in charge of about 20 Independent Contractors that lease our equipment and 1 W2 employee.
• We deliver auto parts on 26' box trucks on dedicated routes.
• You will ensure that all drivers arrive, pick up their parts, load their trucks, and complete the deliveries.
• Will check the scanning percentage in our system.
• Must be able to work with Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must have a DOT medical card or able to get one
• Must be able to cover a route when need be and or deliver overflow freight in our 26' box truck.
• If you do not have experience driving 26' box truck and is not willing to make deliveries when need be, DON'T apply.

Experience Needed:

• Coaching drivers.
• Interviewing.
• Excel.
• Outlook.
• Sharepoint.
• Logistics management.
• Able to join and participate in operations conference calls.
• Cross Dock.
• ***ELD, HOS Compliance***
• ***DOT regulations***

I am looking for someone with crossdock experience preferred, someone who can multitask and follow through on their responsibilities. This is a combination of Warehouse and Office work.

Compensation is up to $70k/year with a 90-day review for a possible increase depending on performance.

Pay is weekly via direct deposit or prepaid debit cards every Friday.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 22:30-08:00 so this is a third shift position.
