Job Summary As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead and coordinate all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Maintains inventory, product distribution, and turnover. + Ensures quality, cleanliness, merchandising, customer service and company policies & programs are maintained. + Analyzes and modifies service frequencies to enhance operational efficiency and sales, while preserving customer satisfaction. + Plans and adjusts the warehouse staffing structure to improve efficiency, control overtime costs, manage employee schedules, and ensure adequate labor coverage daily. Qualifications: + 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience. + Warehouse, facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. + Able to write reports and business correspondence. + Valid driver's license and good driving record. + Union experience is preferred. + Digital literacy and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
